Presciense on the blob with 4x Lascannons, presciense on the manticore, and maybe the 4++ on the conscripts with the priest, if I'm lucky to get that power. Also thinking about an Ordo Hereticus psyker with psyocculum (BS10 for him and the blob if shooting at psykers or units with a psyker). Upgrade him to a psyker as well and I'd have 7 warp charge (3 lvl 2 primaris and the Inquisitor). What do you think? So we're half screwed hehe. Anyways, what you get for a 25 point priest is awesome, despite the Ld issue. I'm trying to fit 3 in, in my 1850 list. Really hope I can try it out.
@ arianna: I came to the same conclusion. I wanna use Yarrick in a big blob, and another blob of conscripts. I also want to mix in some psykers, priests... Perils can't be so commom under the new rules, can they?RoockieBoyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17436205685173809900noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3830414113837067378.post-19635991140098929792014-05-30T13:24:25.920-07:002014-05-30T13:24:25.920-07:00We discovered this the other night at our first 7t...We discovered this the other night at our first 7th Edition game. I was pretty sad when the hymn didn't go off the 2nd round of a close combat. The OotF nerf makes bringing a comms relay essential if you run a reserves-heavy list (flyers or deep striking storm troopers).

Having a Priest, a ML 1 Primaris, and Commissar all in one unit (30+ man blob) is a cool way to go. There is a good synergy with the priest and commissar w/ a power weapon, as getting to reroll those hits (the 1st round) and wounds (when hymns work) is great for a S3 WS 4 model. Yes, you risk fragging your Psyker with the commissar, but its an acceptable risk IMHO. Perils is much less likely now if you use your warp charge dice intelligently.
